 Since 1983, Stanley Dalene has been constructing quality custom homes for a discerning clientele in the Hamptons, on the Eastern End of Long Island, specializing in detail-oriented custom homes, historical renovations and custom interior woodworking and finishes.
This second-generation craftsman combines a tradition of quality workmanship with an extensive engineering background. Prior to 1983, Stanley was a construction specialist and engineer, working in the construction of electrical power and processing plants, as well as office buildings. Stanley Dalene & Co was formed in 1994 in order to better serve our clients and meet the needs of a fast growing market in the Hamptons.
 The company continues its founder’s tradition in the construction of custom residences. SDC utilizes a team of qualified and experienced workers and subcontractors in the building of projects designed by renowned architects such as Francis Fleetwood and Shope, Reno and Wharton. SDC has also expanded to work with investors in the development, marketing and selling of high end exclusive subdivisions, such as the “Further Lane Farms Project” currently shown on this site, all in a continuous effort to bring quality projects to the Hamptons area.
